Adding more populations to our gd_snp table

Click on the conversion tool again. This time add the dataset "GBR with ref"; the reference allele is in column eight in this dataset as well. Unlike last time, select yes to append to the SNP table we created, and choose that dataset for the SNP table. We want to add all SNPs to the table even if they weren't found in the last population, so select no for Add to current SNPs only. Type GBR in the label for this set of columns in the gd_snp table.

Now repeat this step adding the remaining pgSnp datasets to the table. Use the latest dataset for appending so that in the end you will have a gd_snp table with all four populations.
