This tool's results are also composite, so click on the eye icon to view the summary text and links. Follow the "informative SNPs" link to see how many SNPs were used to draw the tree. The counts are shown for each pairwise combination of individuals. All of these numbers are over 100,000, so the program had reasonable numbers of SNPs to work with, despite using only the more reliable ones.
Next, click on the "tree.pdf" link to view the actual tree. In our case it places the individuals in three major groups. [Which three? Is E2 a group by him/herself?]
The other links provide text descriptions of the tree that can be read by other programs, but we will not be using those here.
