Preparing input with populations

In the history panel you can see that the output from the Specify Individuals tool is just a list of the selected individuals, along with the column number where the data for each of them begins in the main gd_snp dataset.

To incorporate our newly defined populations into the analysis, we need to re-run the Prepare Input tool. Use the same minimum read coverage as before, but this time change the Individuals option to "Choose". Select the "E1-5" population, then click the Add New Population button to get another slot for the next population. Repeat this to select each of the groups we defined; then click the Execute button.
