Click on the eye icon to view the summary of this composite dataset. The "PCA.pdf" link shows a plot of the first two components. In this case there are two tightly clustered groups (blue ovals) and two other individuals, one of whom is very different while the other falls between him/her and one of the groups (blue arrows).
At this point we can't easily identify the individuals on the plot, so go back and follow the "coordinates.txt" link. By comparing the coordinates with the plot, we can determine which individual is represented by each mark. For example, the very different individual is code-named "F1", and the in-between one is "F2". Using the information from this preliminary PCA and from the tree, we can now define populations and repeat the PCA to get more informative labels on the plot. We will also omit the very different individual to see if the others separate further, more like the tree.
