Graft Calculator for Knitting

This tool generates the recipe needed to graft two pieces of knitting "in pattern", so that the join will be as invisible as possible. That is, it generalizes the Kitchener sequence for cases when your live edges are not stockinette. It is based on the method described in Joni Coniglio's blog article.

-knit /right-slanting decrease, knitted (e.g. k2tog)
*purl \left-slanting decrease, knitted (e.g. ssk or skpsso)
Oyarn-over increase %right-slanting decrease, purled (e.g. p2tog)
