Respecifying the populations

Since in several of the previous analyses the individual F2 was somewhat like the other F individuals, we will make a new population that includes F2 through F5. This will give us four individuals to compare to the the E group for the fixation index. Make the selections as shown in the screen shot and then click the Execute button.

Then repeat this step selecting E2 through E5 to have two populations of the same size to compare.
