PCA with populations

We ran the PCA tool on the newly prepared dataset (not shown). The summary information now includes some statistics on the population differences. [Cathy can you say something about these? I put a box around the significant p-values] The resulting pdf shows the different populations using different colors and charactors now for each population we gave the Prepare Inputs tool. Without the F1 individual the E and S populations are separated more now.
