Results for characterizing the ancestry

This is another composite dataset. We will look at the graphical output. The order of the bars in the graphs will match the order of the individuals listed in the summary (blue arrow). With four populations we see results similar to the PCA analysis. With three populations the E and S groups are combined. With five populations we get results unlike any we have seen so far.
