Creating a filter at the Table Browser

Though we could filter the dataset after import sometimes it can be useful to filter the data first. It saves time on the import and space within your history. If you don't plan to use the portion of the data you are filtering it can be helpful to not import it.

The Table Browser remembers our choices from before so all we need to do is select the table of one of the CEU genomes from the Complete Genomics diversity panel (red arrow). Using CEU should allow us to remove population specific SNPs. Click on the create button next to filter (green arrow).
