Selecting the homozygous SNPs from the daughters' genomes

We expect the SNPs to be homozygous in the affected children, in this case the two daughters.

In the section Filter and Sort, click on the Filter tool. Select the daughter's genome with the disease SNPs included. Type in "c6==1" for column six equal to one. Click the Execute button (green arrow).

Repeat this step using the other daughter's genome.
