Summing allele counts for populations from a gd_snp dataset

The Aggregate Individuals tool in the Genome Diversity section adds columns to the gd_snp dataset. The tool sums up the counts for the alleles for the population selected by the select tool and adds it as two new columns to the gd_snp dataset. It also adds a new genotype call based on the summed allele counts and the max score as a new score. We start with our gd_snp dataset and the light dataset (red arrows). Click execute (green arrow).

Now repeat this step for the dark skinned populations. This time using the output of the above step as the gd_snp dataset. The result dataset of this second running of the tool will have both sums.
