Gmaj applets for ROAST paper supplement [draft]
In applet mode, Gmaj can be used to display alignment data
over the web. Each button below will start a Java applet
to view the indicated dataset. Gmaj is
available for download
so you can use it to display your own data, either on your
web site or as a stand-alone application on your computer.
Notes:
- Gmaj requires Java 1.3 or higher. For best compatibility,
Sun's Java Plug-in
is recommended.
- These datasets require more memory than Java allocates by default.
Please set your plug-in's
